Prices start from GBP 140 (per property/plan) and usually cost no more than GBP 210. Discounts are available for multiple flats / orders. Ordinance Survey fees are included.
Within 1 calendar day (excluding Sundays) you will be contacted by a measured building surveyor to arrange a site visit. If booking via the phone, it may be possible to confirm a survey time/date immediately.
For an additional fee, emergency lease plans may be booked in and produced within 24 hours, Monday to Sunday. Please call 0330 321 1336 to arrange an emergency booking.
Within 2 to 3 working days (or 24 hours if using the emergency service) you will be emailed a land registry compliant lease plan in PDF format.
You will have the opportunity to review the plan before proceeding with the final payment.
